We stayed at this Lodge in July '21 and con only recommend this establishment. We locked
for nothing, and the facilities were awesome and well thought out in terms of usability of the
braai area, rooms, kitchen and bathroom. Plenty of utensils, dust bins etc and well thought
out in terms of placement (i.e easy to access). Good sanitation practices were maintained.
It was the most comfortable stay I've had at a guest house for a long time. It does not
pretend to be a luxury venue but it does excel very much on the comfort and cleanliness
level. Owner Fey went out of her way to supply us with quality meat and other foodstuffs, all
which were of very good quality. And the price for the overnight stay was very reasonable

This is the ideal place for a stopover between Cope Town and Windhoek. We got a house
for the price of a room at most other places in South Africa. There is no restaurant and we
heated toke-away food from the supermarket in Clanwilliam in the microwave. lt was all very
clean. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Our car could be safely parked in the
fenced area. The beds were comfortable. lt was quiet at night. The only thing I missed was a
cosy place to sit in the garden. I can highly recommended this place.

Without booking or contacting anyone, I stumbled upon this little gem. This is definitely a home away from home. Immaculately clean, very nice layout and this place have everything you might need when you are on a road trip. I stayed in various places while travelling from Windhoek to Cape Town, and this has definitely been the best accommodation I have had. It is really affordable and if you look at the price you would not expect this sort of quality and hospitality. I would definitely be back....

Arrived alone on a bicycle on a hot February day and was greeted by Fey with a cold drink and the swimming pool. Stayed two peaceful nights in a self-catering room while enjoying dinners and breakfasts prepared by Fey and the staff. She even handled a few extra tasks, which helped immemsely. Everything was immaculate, clean, perfectly functional ad most of all, felt as comfortable as home. I could’ve stayed a month.

We found ourselves having to make an unscheduled stop and despite we had not booked, the owners caught us with availability and kindness even if it was now evening. The campsite is equipped with all amenities and the bathroom is very comfortable and clean. Thank you so much
